Minced meat : 200 gr
Grated onion : 1
Fried onion : 1
Olive oil : 2 tbsp
Chickpea flour : ½ tbsp
Coriander powder : 2 tbsp
Garlic : 1 tbsp
Red pepper
Ginger powder
Salt and pepper
cumin
Paprika
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
How to prepare:
Grate the onion and squeeze out the juice.
Mix the minced meat twice with the onion, a quarter teaspoon of salt, pepper, turmeric and the remaining spices, knead well until it becomes a sticky dough, take walnut-sized pieces of meat and roll them into balls.
Fry in a little oil. In a frying pan, finely chop the other half of the onion and fry in oil, then add the garlic.
Add the remaining salt, pepper and turmeric and fry, and fry two tablespoons of the paste in the ingredients until they are nicely colored. Add water and let it boil with the lid closed for 10 to 20 minutes.
Then put the meatballs in it and reduce the heat. Put the lid on the pan and give it 20 minutes so that the food fits well and the sauce thickens.
You can eat this dish with fried potatoes and vegetables and a salad served with bread or rice.
